This is Mr. Nate.

He was amazing to photograph - photogenic and super fun spirited. He was comfortable doing anything - including walking all over the place with the sprained ankle he got just an hour before! He has an easy-going way about him which is so evident in his smile in these photos. He's off to college this fall, and as we talked about it, it reminded me of how fun college is, especially your freshman year. He seems like the kind of guy who will have a blast every second. And not only is he fun and handsome - he's smart too. Nate wants to be a Pediatrician. I loved shooting his photos tonight, and couldn't wait to get some posted even though it's midnight! =)

Michael's mom told me that he wouldn't make any decisions on the shoot, and that he wasn't fond of smiling in pictures (or having his pictures taken at all) - but a little teasing went a long way! I love how we captured his natural smile, and I love the brooding look too. My husband knows him pretty well, so I got to learn all about how smart he is (full ride scholarship), his sense of humor, and I already knew we like some of the same music. And we lucked out that we shot these on the warmest day of the week!
