Hazel has become quite the responsible and grown-up little girl. It has always been in her nature to be careful, precise, and as of late - quite the little artist. She's taken interest in my camera and has been asking to use our smaller camera. I let her take it into Levi's room one afternoon when he woke up from his nap, and she got some really cute pictures of Levi smiling in his crib. She also took pictures of his toys and of her drawings she has taped on his wall. I have loved encouraging her talents, and it's fun that she enjoys many of the same things I enjoy. I took her out yesterday to teach her about photography and the camera. Here are some shots I got of her, and some that she took.
These are the pictures she took. In this shot, she was trying to get the airplane (can you see it?) and ended up getting a really well composed shot.
